Advantages:

Интерьер, качественное постельное бельё, большие окна, много света, достаточное количество шкафов. Всё новое и красивое. Плита газ, хорошо работает. Красивая сантехника.

Disadvantages:

Вода поступает неравномерно. То большой напор, то давление воды падает и идет холодная. Невозможно отрегулировать нужную температуру. Скачет давление в системе.
