Хорошие хозяева, заселили раньше положенного по договоренности заранее, есть всë как в описании, всë работает, удобная парковка, 2 минуты на машине до столовой и 5 минут до пляжа, пляж чистый около километра и народу немного.

Disadvantages:

Плохая шумоизоляция, были проблемы с вещанием телевидения.
