В семейном домике представлена двуспальная кровать и двухместный диванчик. Постельное белье выдаётся. Так же есть кухонный уголок со столом, микроволновкой, холодильником, чайником, посудой (+чай/сахар). Для комфортного проживания есть кондиционер, тв, интернет. В домике в отдельном помещении расположен душ, туалет, умывальник. Гости могут пользоваться туалетными принадлежностями, полотенца выдаются. Так же есть комод, вешалка для вещей, обувница. На веранде домика находится столик с табуретами, где возможно перекусить, выпить кофе или просто отдохнуть. По запросу предоставляется сушилка для белья, фен, утюг.
У гостей есть возможность приготовить себе что-то самостоятельно на общей кухне или заказать завтрак за отдельную плату по предзаказу.
