Дом для семейного отдыха. Расположен в центре села, вокруг села лес, горы, до пляжа 3, 5 км идет асфальтированная трасса.
Пляж очень просторный длиной 1, 5 км. С пляжа идет пешая тропа через заповедник на новый -свет. На территории дома сдается ещё один номер на 3-4 чел, в доме есть все что необходимо для полноценного проживания. Кухня оборудована полностью. В доме две раздельные комнаты. Может проживать 4-5 чел. Во дворе стоянка, топчан, мангал, казан.
