Есть место для парковки. Во дворе веранда, летний душ, мангал. До города каждые 12 минут ходят маршрутки.

Advantages:

Отличный дом со всеми удобствами, туалеты на двух этажах, отличный просторный балкон, а оформление и наполнение дома захватывает дух (хозяйка с душой). На кухне, в комнатах есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха. Во дворе большая беседка. Хозяйка радушная и гостеприимная. Нам очень и очень понравилось. До моря около 2 км, но при наличии машины - это мелочи. До Евпатории тоже не более 10 минут езды.

Advantages:

Комфортабельный коттедж со всем необходимым. Имеется собственный двор, мангал, беседка и даже качели для ребенка. Детям понравились два кота и собака, которая тоже очень любит деток.

Disadvantages:

Пешком до пляжа далековато. На авто 5 минут.
