Advantages:

Очень гостеприимчивые хозяева. Территория очень ухоженная. Морской воздух съедает металл очень быстро, так что относитесь к этому как к норме. очень хорошо отдохнул. Рядом бакальская коса (там и кайтинг) и Оленевка/Черноморское с развитой инфраструктурой, дайвингом и прочими радостями жизни. Рекомендую, если Вы на машине, т.к. локальные пляжи пока закрыты по понятной причине.
