Две отдельные спальни с санузлом в каждой, большая 40 м2 кухня-гостиная, все удобства, Вайфай, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, Гараж, свой двор 35 м2 с мебелью и BBQ .
Лучший воздух, горы и лес вокруг, все фото сняты в радиусе 5-500 метров), до Набережной 8 км на авто или маршрутка 30 минут каждые пол-часа, до остановки и супермаркета 350 метров, удивительно тихое и спокойное место в разумном отдалении от ялтинской суеты.
Не для Вечеринок, ДР и т.п. корпоративов! На этажах выше живём мы сами, папа, мама и сын 6 лет.
Дети приветствуются, животные обсуждаются, обязателен личный контакт.
