Сдам дом в исключительно красивом месте в горном лесу над Ялтой. Удобный подъезд к участку по Долосскому (Романовскому) шоссе. Каждый час из центра города до участка ходит автобус №144 (время в пути 25 минут). Первый этаж дома представляет собой студию с кухней площадью 75 м.кв., а также небольшую спальню на 2-3 человека и туалет с душем. Панорамные окна и двери выходят на террасу с бассейном и местом для барбекю. На втором этаже дома - спальня 30 кв. м., санузел с ванной и балкон ( 80 кв.м) . На крыше дома - солярий. Рядом в стилизованной крепостной башне находится сауна. Единственные непосредственные соседи - ежи, белки и зайцы.
Внимание - в доме всего 6 спальных мест максимум. В доме курить нельзя.
Заезд с 14.00, выезд - до 12.00
Бассейн без подогрева используется в зимнее время как купель после сауны. Сауна электрическая, оплачивается отдельно, сеанс от 1 часа.
