Из окон открывается вид на горы и природные ландшафты, в пешей доступности магазины, ресторан, кофейня и вегетарианское кафе. Рядом расположены пешие маршруты, и по желанию на машине или пешком можно добраться до Большого каньона, водопада Серебрянные струи, горных озёр и Ай-Петри. Есть местное такси.

По субботам проходит большая ярмарка Бельбекской долины, куда съезжаются мастера со всей округи: можно попробовать вкуснейшие явства, купить одежду и украшения, танцевать и греться у костра.
