Advantages:

Оптимально для большой семьи с детьми. 3 изолированные комнаты и одна большая общая. Везде есть кондиционеры. Кровати и мебель - вполне. Кухня - со всем необходимым. Санузел - норм. Стиральная машинка - ок. Мангал во дворе. Терраса и двор - достаточны. Даже есть песочница для самых маленьких.
