Новый современный дом с панорамными окнами расположен на краю бесконечной степи, холмов и моря. Длинный песчаный пляж и множество диких бухт в скалах. Море чистое, без медуз. До песчаного пляжа 10 мин пешком, до самой красивой бухты Колобатка 5 мин на авто. Недалеко заповедник Казантип.
Участок 4 сотки огорожен высоким забором, что позволяет быть спокойным за любимых питомцев. Принимаем с крупными собаками без доплаты. Им есть где гулять и плавать.
Идеальное расположение дома позволяет любоваться как рассветами, так и закатами, а также бесконечным звездным небом.
У нас тихо, нет соседей, громкой музыки. Это место для людей, которым необходима перезагрузка, спокойный, размеренный отдых. В тоже время в 8 км город, там рестораны, дискотеки, рынки, супермаркеты.
По запросу пользование стиральной машиной, встреча/проводы на ж/д станции, поездки в Щелкино за продуктами.
