Advantages:

Тихий посёлочек Летом, конечно, там жизнь кипит Дом неплохой. Но посуда и сантехника - всё уставшее и требует замены. Заселиться на несколько дней терпимо. Милый дворик небольшой, летом он очень уютный и красивый. Монгальная зона из кирпича, хорошая.
