На втором этаже большой балкон-терраса и две спальни. В одной из спален раскладной диван, вместительный шкаф, обувница, кондиционер, холодильник для напитков, во второй спальне потолочный вентилятор плюс напольный, двухэтажная кровать из Икеи с ортопедическими матрасами плюс кресло-кровать, телевизор d32 см и другая необходимая мебель. Всего 5 спальных мест. Санузел. Вход в санузел с обеих комнат. С каждой комнаты отдельный выход на большой балкон-террасу.
Питьевую воду по желанию предоставляем.
Имеется выделенная зона отдыха с мангалом.
До моря 900 м по прямой, 15-20 минут спокойным шагом. Также 5 мин ходьбы до центра села, где по утрам продаются местные фрукты, овощи, домашняя молочная продукция; вещевой рынок по субботам
