Advantages:

Хорошее жилье, соответсвует ценнику, очень хороший внутренний двор. Интересен интерьер общей кухни, можно поиграть в теннис. Хозяйка пытается всегда помочь. Вообще солнечная долина -очень красивое место.

Disadvantages:

На большие кровати нужны все-таки большие простыни, утром спишь на матрасе -неприятное ощущение
