Сдается уютный 2х этажный домик со всеми удобствами. Первый этаж - бежевая комната. Второй этаж - голубая комната. Большой двор, место для 2х машин. Место для мангала. До моря пешком 15 мин. на машине 3 мин. Ходит общественный транспорт. При необходимости можно разместить еще 2х человек как взрослых так и детей.

Advantages:

Единственное, это хорошие хозяева, которые не очень представляют как нарабатывать клиентскую базу.

Disadvantages:

Нет стиральной машины и утюга. На втором этаже дома идёт ремонт. Под окном пожарная часть, которая мало спит))) На территории и в номере очень много муравьёв, которые везде.
