Advantages:

Свежий ремонт, качественная посуда и электро приборы, посуда, мебель. Очень доступная цена для бюджетного отдыха.

Disadvantages:

За такие деньги их в принципе нет. Из минусов отдаленность от моря пртмерно 1. 5 км.
