Advantages:

Отдыхали на вилле с семьей из 4х человек. В номер заселили по приезду. В номере как и описывалось есть кондиционер, телевизор, чайник- все для комфортного пребывания. Есть общая кухня- столовая, все условия за приготовления. Небольшой дворик с мангальной зоной.До моря 7-10 минут спокойным шагом. Нам понравилось.
