Advantages:

Приятное общение, хорошее отношение, гостеприимство. Помогут с транспортом. В номере чисто, белье чистое, полотенца чистые. Очень комфортно, до пляжа 5-10 минут, но это кто как ходит. Магазины и все блага в шаговой доступности.
