Advantages:

Приветливые, вежливые хозяева. Заранее списались предложили трансфер, но мы были на машине, так подготовили пропуск для проезда на территорию. До моря - просто метров 50. Также был предложен завтрак и обед, что очень было удобно и недорого. Все понравилось.
