Эллинг находится очень близко от моря - 50м, 2 км от Николаевки. В эллинге 2 этажа: на 1-м этаже: гостиная 18м2 с раскладывающимся диваном, вешалкой для одежды и стульями со столиками. Кухня (электрическая плита, новый холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, тостер), раздельный санузел (стиральная машина, бойлер).
На 2-м этаже: 2 спальни с балконами, 5 спальных мест. 1 спальня 8.5м2: 2-х спальная кровать + открытый балкон (на балконе 2 кресла и столик), 2-я спальня 22м2: 2-х спальная кровать + раскладывающийся диван + застекленный балкон). Во всех помещениях есть кондиционеры, включая кухню.
Есть 2 зонтика для пляжа, 2 пляжных стула, постельное белье, полотенца, вся посуда.
Парковка за домом. Все сделано с любовью как для себя
В кооперативе есть мини-рынок, детская площадка. Недалеко от кооператива есть продуктовые магазины.
Пляж у кооператива свой песочно-галечный. Рядом есть дикий пляж.
