Advantages:

Прекрасный отель - современный, красивый, уютный! Доброжелательные хозяева. Море рядом. Рынок тоже совсем недалёко и фрукты достаточно дешёвые, но вкусные!!! Много разных кафе, но в отеле есть чудесная столовая, где всё вкусно и сытно (и ходить никуда не нужно). Если будем опять отдыхать в Николаевке, то только здесь!!!
