Газовое отопление. Баня. Пляжи - ракушка, галька, песок, каменный, детский. До моря 1,5 км (пешком 10-15 минут, на авто 2-3 минуты). В одном км, проходит форум молодежи "Таврида", на территории СНТ два магазина продуктов в 5 минутах ходьбы. Кафе и развлечения на берегу моря.
