Дом находиться в 500 метров от санатория "Пирогово" и Сакской ГСБ медицинской реабилитации, напротив дома остановка автобуса, направление Саки, Симферополь, Новофедоровки, Севастополь и тд. От озер (престного и соленого озера) 500 метров. Большой двор с парковкой с видеонаблюдением. От дома до центра Саки 3 км. (4 остановки на автобусе), от пляжа-пирс Новофедоровка до систейшего Черного моря с красивейшей набережной 3 км. Минимальная аренда не менее 2х суток.
