Развитая инфраструктура, остановка городского транспорта, сетевой магазин, овощной рыночек. Суббота воскресенье выездная лавка с домашними продуктами, на авто до пляжа 5-7 минут, на набережную 15 минут. Пешком на пляж через массандровский парк 40 минут. Коттедж находится в живописном экологически чистом районе. Цена зависит от сезона и количества гостей.
