Гостевой дом находится на территории частного домовладения. В 100 метрах от дома начинается Массандровский парк. В 10-ти минутах ходьбы через парк- гостиница Ялта-Интурист. Еще 5 минут неспешным шагом и- море! Гостевой дом имеет два этажа с отдельным входом на каждый этаж. На первом этаже прихожая, спальня, кухня и санузел с ванной с гидромассажем. На втором этаже- студия с мини-кухней, санузел с душем, большой балкон. На территории есть крытый бассейн с температурой воды +28С. Бассейн работает круглый год. Также на территории есть каменный мангал, беседка, крытая беседка-чайхана, шезлонги. Автостоянка во дворе. Территория закрытая и абсолютно безопасная.Дом окружен большим количеством цветов, хвойных деревьев и пальм.

Вся мебель изготовлена из натурального дерева под заказ.

Магазины, кафе, остановка общественного транспорта,детская и спортивная площадка-все в доступности 1-2 мин ходьбы. Аквапарк и зоопарк гостиницы Ялта-Интурист пешком 5-10 мин через Массандровский парк.
