Никаких достоинств.

Disadvantages:

Плесень, запах сырости, вентиляции нормальной нет, на диване спать невозможно, он кривой, весь в пятнах. Муж еще стиралку там подключал. Переночевали одну ночь и удрали оттуда. Деньги хозяева удержали как за трое суток. За бронь тоже деньги не вернуть. Хозяева указали будто мы там все дни прожили. Итого 20 тысяч за одну ночь, как в престижном отеле
