Отдельно стоящий домик в селе Курортное, Ленинского района, Республики Крым площадью 40 кв.м на участке 30 соток в окружении фруктового сада и виноградников для семьи из 3-4 человек в шаговой доступности от пляжа и лечебного озера Чокрак. На противоположной стороне участка расположен дом арендодателя с летней верандой и зоной барбекю. У бунгало имеется отдельный вход с улицы и парковка для автомобиля на огороженной территории участка. Рядом с домом магазин, кафе, мини-рынок, экскурсионное бюро.

Advantages:

Все что нужно есть. На территории только хозяева, а значит спокойно и тихо. Отдельный вход и въезд для машины. В 5 метрах ещё один душ и туалет - ни разу никто никого не ждал.

Disadvantages:

Было очень пыльно. Пришлось протирать все ящики и полки прежде, чем разложить вещи. Надувной матрас это все таки не кровать. Больше на такое не соглашусь.
