Advantages:

Очень добрый и отзывчивый хозяин,красивый вид на горы и море,имелось всё необходимое для проживания.

Disadvantages:

От моря далековато но там ходит транспорт до гурзуфа и ялты.

Advantages:

Супер вид. Роскошный балкон. Приветливый хозяин. Есть кухня со всем необходимым.

Disadvantages:

Утром не оказалось горячей воды...В холодную погоду в ванной будет прохладно.

Из плюсов очень приветливый хозяин и отличный вид из окна.

Disadvantages:

Подъезда нет в принципе, если пойдёт дождь, есть вариант не уехать оттуда.
