Частный сектор в Большой Алуште, село Кипарисное. На трассе Алушта – Ялта, рядом магазин «Вино, сыр» и ресторан «Старый Крым». Пиццерия «Батя».
Остановка автотранспорта у ворот. В 10-20 мин. езды много исторических и познавательных достопримечательностей. Для активных туристов — гора Аю-Даг и Ай-Петри.
В доме имеется всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Комнаты на 2-х, 4-х человек, 4 отдельных комнаты на этаже, каждый номер оснащен сплит-системой, телевизором, мини-холодильником, Wi-Fi. Отдельный вход.
