Частный сектор в Большой Алуште, село Кипарисное. На трассе Алушта –Ялта, рядом магазин Вино Сыр и Хлеб Соль. Ресторан «Старый Крым». Остановка а\транспорта у ворот. В 10-20 мин. езды много исторических и познавательных достопримечательностей. Для активных туристов- гора АюДаг, и Ай Петри
В доме имеется все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Комнаты на 2-х 4х человек, 4 отдельных комнаты на этаже, каждый номер оснащен сплит системой, телевизором, мини-холодильником, wi-fi. Отдельный вход.
На этаже есть сан узел, душевая, кухня. В кухне: электроплита, посуда, микроволновка, кофеварка, холодильник, мультиварка.
На улице очаг, мангал беседка + есть место для бесплатной парковки (нескольких авто). К услугам гостей открытый бассейн. Сауна почасовая, большой просторный двор. Рядом с домом озеро для рыбаков. Сад, огород, фрукты, овощи по сезону.
