Advantages:

Современный ремонт, удобная душевая, мощный кондей, заселение на первый этаж: )

Disadvantages:

Крайне сильно воняет из холодильника тухлятиной, хотя сам он чистый. Кровать не для крупных людей - матрас продавлен, скрипит и спать неудобно. Сейчас во дворе и в подъезде делают ремонт и просыпаться в 7 или 9 утра от звуков перфоратора - ужасно! Владелец об этом не предупреждает при заселении, что расстроило больше всего. Набор посуды - далеко от дефолтного. Видно что уют создать не пытались.
