Вокруг очень много зелени, лес, парк санатория. До моря пешком через парк 8 мин. Можно заказать пропуск на авто. Дом новый, со всеми удобствами, со своим двором. Стоянка для машины во дворе под навесом. Автоматические ворота. Красивый вид и чистый воздух. Кто любит тишину и спокойствие тот не пожалеет.
Дом состоит из 2 этажей. Второй этаж 2 спальни с двуспальными кроватями и балконами с красивым видом на море и гору аю-даг и адалары, санузел. Первый этаж кухня-столовая-холл 35м. И санузел. Дом полностью оборудован всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Интернет wi-fi.
Свободный проход на пляж санатория ай-даниль. Пляж оборудован навесами и шезлонгами, горячий душ и туалет, кафе и баром, развлечениями водными и для детей. Чистейшая вода в море. Вокруг парк, можжевеловая роща и экология мыса мартьян.
