Сдаются два дома в историческом уголке Южного берега Крыма.

В первом доме на первом этаже расположена большая-кухня гостиная с панорамными окнами, выходящими на бассейн. В соседней комнате - спальня и сан.узел с ванной. Рядом с бассейном обустроена зона барбекю с мангалом, казаном, посудомойкой, шампурами, решётками.

На втором этаже три отдельные спальни, в одной из которых отдельный сан.узел, также две душевые кабины и небольшая отдельная кухня. Из окон открывается вид на залив.

Второй дом имеет два этажа на которых расположены: две спальни со своими отдельными санузлами, две отдельные кухня-гостиные.

В обоих домах проведено автономное газовое отопление, теплые полы. В бассейне также есть подогрев. Бесперебойно подается горячая и холодная вода.

В доме проведен Wi Fi, парковка под домом находится под видеонаблюдением.

На третьем этаже живут хозяева, которые любят и берегут свой дом, поэтому все бронирования подтверждаются звонком.
